Who's behind this

BonaVault is a personal project I (AJ) am building myself, currently in development. This page and the beta signup form are mine; there's no company or team behind it yet.

What this form collects

Just your email address, plus which community link you arrived from (so I know which posts are actually working). Nothing else. Submitting the form is the only action that sends anything.

Why

To confirm your signup (Brevo's double opt-in step) and to email you once when the beta opens. Not an ongoing newsletter, and your email isn't used for anything else.

Who else sees it

Signups are processed and stored by Brevo, an email service provider I use to manage this list. No one else. I don't sell, share, or otherwise hand this off to third parties.

How long it's kept

Until the beta email is sent and you've had a reasonable chance to see it, or until you ask me to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see what I have on file for you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@ajgoesamerica.com and I'll handle it directly.
